SmartSearch Online - Recruiting Village

The Recruiting Village is a SmartSearch Online user community provided as part of your SmartSearch Online service. This value-added service includes the use of the candidate database with hundreds of thousands of resumes, unlimited job posting to the well visited Recruiting Village job board and provides the opportunity to collaborate with other recruiters world-wide for access to candidates and jobs. Staffing firms can easily manage split fee arrangements and corporate human resource recruiters have access to a variety of agency recruiters and candidates. All at no additional fee!

Easily expand your candidate searches

After you’ve conducted a search of your private SmartSearch Online database, you’ll see a “Search Recruiting Village” link appear in the left frame below the Main Menu. Just click thru to enter The Recruiting Village where your search results will be available.

Any resume you locate that contains candidate contact information is yours for the taking. You can quickly transfer the candidate into your private SmartSearch Online database with the click of a button. If you find a resume without candidate contact information, then it was posted by another recruiter. To contact the recruiter about the candidate simply click the "Contact Recruiter" link on the bottom navigation bar of the candidate record. It's that easy.

Post Jobs

You can also post any job you have in Syour private SmartSearch Online database to The recruiting Village. Just click the “Forward to Recruiting Village” box on the bottom of any job requisition. You may expect response from candidates directly as well as other SmartSearch Online users offering qualified candidates.

How to participate in the User Community:

Third party recruiters using SmartSearch Online can take advantage of this service to negotiate fee-splits on candidates. Corporate recruiters gain access to new resources for filling job openings. There is NO CHARGE from SmartSearch Online for participating in the Recruiting Village user community.
